It features a rotary drum structure and utilizes electric or gas heating, combining infrared radiation with hot air convection to ensure uniform and efficient roasting.

Working Principle
The machine adopts a rotary mesh drum that continuously rotates during operation, enabling even heating of all materials.
Heat is transferred through infrared radiation and hot air convection generated by electric heating tubes or gas burners.
This indirect heating method avoids scorching and ensures safety, hygiene, and energy savings.
The temperature is automatically controlled within a 0–300°C range.
A manual clutch is included to empty the drum in case of power failure, preventing material waste.
All material contact parts are made of stainless steel, including the upper and lower hoppers, drums, trays, and external shell.
