The process includes roasting the beans, cooling them, and using a specialized cocoa peeling machine to separate the shells from the kernels. Working Principle
The equipment consists of a Z-type conveyor, an integrated roasting and cooling machine, a vibration discharging machine, another Z-type conveyor, a cocoa bean peeling machine, a husk collector, and a PLC control cabinet. Raw cocoa beans are roasted and cooled in a chain-plate integrated unit, then transported for peeling using a specialized peeling separator. The final product is clean cocoa kernels, separated from husks.
