Working Process
Feeding: Peanuts are manually or mechanically fed into the coarse shelling chamber.
Primary Shelling: As the peanuts pass through the rotating grain plates and fixed concave plate, the shell and kernel are separated by friction.
Initial Separation: The shelled peanuts fall through a mesh screen while light shells are blown out by an air duct.
Gravity Sorting: The remaining peanut kernels and partially shelled nuts pass onto a gravity separator screen.
Re-Shelling: Unpeeled small nuts are directed to the fine shelling chamber via an elevator for secondary shelling.
Final Sorting: A second round of gravity separation ensures full peeling and clean separation of all kernels.
