Working Principle
Hot material is discharged directly from the roaster into the cooler. A high-power fan system forces cool air through the perforated tray, rapidly lowering product temperature to protect taste, texture, and appearance. Its movable and versatile design makes it an ideal choice for workshops with limited space or variable production needs.
