The NutMach Small-Scale Peanut Butter Line is specially designed for small-scale peanut butter manufacturing with a capacity of under 200 kg/hour. With just three core machines and simple auxiliary tools, it delivers smooth, natural peanut butter in a cost-efficient and compact setup.
Processing Flow
Graded Peanuts → Roasting → Cooling (manual or fan) → Peeling → Grinding → Peanut Butter
Process Description
Roasting:
Graded peanuts are roasted in the roasting machine, reducing moisture content to 4–6% depending on desired flavor and texture.
Cooling:
After roasting, peanuts are naturally cooled in ambient air or using fans until their temperature drops below 40°C.
Peeling:
Cooled peanuts are fed into the dry-type peeling machine, where red skins are removed by sand rollers and suction fans separate the skin from kernels.
Grinding:
The peeled peanuts are ground using a colloid mill. Adjustable rotor-stator gap allows precise control over butter texture and fineness.
